Generator troubleshooting table (phenomena and countermeasures)
Work any of ten field-observed faults on the Aquilion 16's X-ray high-voltage generator — an Over mA/Over If error, a rotor-current-low error, a non-responding maintenance program or XC, an SRU status error, a pop with no exposure, an out-of-spec large mA, a falling actual kV, or an over-kV spike at the end of exposure — using the OEM's own consolidated phenomenon/cause/countermeasure table (source §8.2.14, Table 8.2-1, p.91-92).
Applies to
Aquilion 16 (TSX-101A) — X-ray & HV volume, source 2D201-064 §8.2.14 "Troubleshooting table" (Table 8.2-1, p.91-92). This is the volume's own consolidated field-phenomenon table, printed immediately after the §8.1/§8.2 error-code catalog and flowchart index (Related — xray-error-code-table) and immediately before the console hex error-code table (Related — xray-console-error-codes).
Personnel
1 technician · Intermediate — reading ten field-observed generator phenomena back to their probable cause(s) and OEM countermeasure(s): an XC-logged error code, ROM-version identification (C10031-03 or later), a maintenance-cable/JP1 jumper check, XC LED/insulation/reset-switch checks, an SRU 30-A fuse and filter-board screw check, inverter/fuse block-test work, a resistor value change (R129), a divider resistance measurement (~3780 MΩ) against a cross-referenced adjustment section, and swapping the S75 coaxial cable for another type — escalating to XC, SRU, inverter, or cable replacement per row (skill assessment derived from procedure content — not an OEM-stated skill level).
