Reported action: Manually restart the Reconstruction queue, exactly as the OEM system-software message instructs. If the RECON unit keeps timing out after the restart, check its own status and connection before resuming scanning. This code number is shared across the 1:SS Display Message, 20:Device PIP and 80:Device APPL tables in errmsg.eng, whose OEM texts are "Localizer is lighting now.", "Error in RECON unit (Time out)." and "Error in system software. Manualy restart Reconstruction queue." — the RECON time-out is the real fault, and the system-software text explicitly instructs restarting the reconstruction queue manually; "Localizer is lighting now." is the routine status use of the same code number.
