FSELIB (Field Service Engineering Library) ("FSELIB", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights, in line with the LGPD and GDPR where applicable.

1. Data we collect

• Account: name, email and password (stored encrypted).
• Payment: processed by our partners Stripe (card) and PixGo (PIX). We do not store card numbers; we only receive transaction identifiers and status. For PIX, we may record the name and tax ID provided at payment.
• Usage: manuals accessed, downloads, access logs and technical data (IP address, browser) for security and service improvement.

2. How we use data

• Provide and maintain the service and your subscription.
• Process payments and prevent fraud.
• Send account communications (e.g., subscription expiry).
• Comply with legal obligations and protect platform security.

3. Sharing

We share data only with providers necessary to operate the service (payment processors, hosting, email) and where required by law. We do not sell your data.

3.1. International transfer

Part of our infrastructure and providers (e.g., the card payment processor and cloud storage) is located outside Brazil, including the United States. By using the service, you acknowledge your data may be processed in those countries, with adequate safeguards under the LGPD/GDPR.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and site functionality, and measurement cookies to understand usage and improve the experience.

5. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for the period required to meet legal and accounting obligations.
