These Terms govern your use of FSELIB (Field Service Engineering Library). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

FSELIB is a digital library of technical manuals for field service engineers of medical imaging equipment, offered by subscription, with a free trial period.

2. Subscription and automatic renewal

• Card (Stripe): the subscription is recurring and renews automatically at the end of each cycle (monthly or annual), charging the saved card, until you cancel.
• PIX: a one-time payment that does not auto-renew; access ends at the end of the period unless manually renewed.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime in Billing. When canceling a card plan, there is no further charge and you keep access until the end of the period already paid. PIX subscriptions simply end by not renewing.

4. Refunds

Charges already made are not pro-rata refunded, except where required by law. You keep access for the paid period.

5. Acceptable use

Content is licensed for the subscriber's professional use. Redistributing, reselling or sharing credentials beyond the contracted seats is prohibited.

6. Intellectual property

Materials remain the property of their respective owners. The subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive access right, with no transfer of ownership.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, FSELIB is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through account channels.
