Safety
Hazard: Reducing the KL (inverter drive) setting value below 200 while running the block test, in an attempt to raise a 0 kV or out-of-range reading
Consequence: The SRU inverter rating may be exceeded and the inverter may be damaged (equipment damage only — source labels this callout "CAUTION"; reclassified here as NOTICE per FSELIB convention because the stated consequence is equipment damage, not personal injury)
Avoidance: Do not reduce the KL setting value below 200 during the block test. If the output is still out of range at KL 200, do not keep lowering it — check the main inverter clock signal on the SRU filter board instead (see XC PWB reference, Related, which documents the identical KL>=200 floor from the PWB side).
