Disassemble the MUDAT
Disassemble the MUDAT's rotation- and stationary-side PWBs — working from the stationary connector cover inward to the SOT/SPD boards, then across to the ROT/RPD/PPBM boards on the rotation side — and reverse the same sequence to put it back together.
Safety
Hazard: Hazardous voltage in the LCSR (slip ring section) and brush section
Consequence: Electric shock
Avoidance: Do not remove the rear dome cover. If it is necessary to remove the rear dome cover, turn OFF the breaker before mounting/removing it. Do not turn ON the power of the gantry when the rear dome cover is removed.
Hazard: Checking the luminescence of the SOT by looking into the LED through the opening, without care for surrounding parts
Consequence: You may hit your head or another part of your body against peripheral parts
Avoidance: Be extremely careful not to hit your head or any other part of your body against peripheral parts when checking the luminescence of the SOT (by looking into the LED through the opening)
Hazard: Rotating the gantry rotating unit with the IR converter inserted in the notch; source labels this call-out "CAUTION" — reclassified NOTICE here as an equipment-only outcome (same reclassification already applied in this volume's grouped safety-precautions atom)
Consequence: May result in interference with the hood of the rotating unit, damaging the system
Avoidance: Never rotate the gantry rotating unit with the IR converter inserted in the notch
