Run the DCA test-pattern check and read the Data Check menu
Run the DCA's C16TP test-pattern check to compare the Aquilion 16 DAS against its own known-good test pattern with X-rays effectively out of the loop, then use the Data Check pull-down's full menu to run any of the DCA's other five acquisition-path checks the same way.
Applies to
Aquilion 16 (TSX-101A) — DAS (data acquisition section), source volume 2D201-065, §5.4.2(3) "Test pattern check" (p.76-78), part of the 5.4.2 DCA test procedures introduced by the chapter overview (Related).
Personnel
1 technician · Intermediate — the engineer runs the DCA's Calc (ScanData) scan-condition window, sets the DAS Mode (Main) and Data Check pull-downs correctly for the item under test, and reads either a plain pass readout ("No difference") or an abnormal-part callout together with its /tmp result file; the engineer must also know to always select the 16-slice pattern for this system (Note 2) rather than the 8-slice variant, which only partially compares. (Skill assessment derived from the check's own content — not an OEM-stated skill level.)
