Check the DAS supply voltage (PCN1-PCN4)
With the DAS power cable and I/O cable connected, measure the standing DC voltages at connectors PCN1-PCN4 against their standard ranges, trim any out-of-range reading with the V.ADJ control(s) on the DAS power supply unit, and confirm the ripple on each supply rail stays approximately within ±100 mV on an oscilloscope.
Applies to
Aquilion 16 (TSX-101A) — data acquisition section volume 2D201-065, subsection 5.4.1 "Check of the DAS supply voltage," one of the common check procedures printed under section 5.4, "Major Malfunctions and Troubleshooting Flows" (source states these checks are referenced from the section's individual troubleshooting flows).
Personnel
1 technician · Basic — measuring DC voltage between named connector pins with a digital voltmeter and reading a ripple waveform on an oscilloscope; correction (if needed) uses the labeled V.ADJ control(s) on the DAS power supply unit rather than any board-level rework (skill assessment derived from procedure content — not an OEM-stated skill level).
