Set couch vertical movement stop position (auto-set mode)
Set which of the KGTSM's four preset heights — HEIGHT-1, HEIGHT-0.5, HEIGHT-0, or UP-LIMIT — the Aquilion 16 patient couch (CBTB-016A/CBTB-016B only) automatically stops at during upward vertical movement, when the footswitch is in Auto-set/Auto-home mode.
Applies to
Aquilion 16 (TSX-101A) — gantry/couch control volume 2D201-063, section 8.6; only for the patient couch CBTB-016A or CBTB-016B, and only when the footswitch mode is set to Auto-set/Auto-home (source subsection 8.5)
Personnel
1 technician · Basic-to-intermediate — the whole job is a HyperTerminal session against the KGTSM boot console: connecting a service cable to CN404 and picking one of four preset stop positions from a numbered menu. No electrical measurement, cover removal, or mechanical adjustment is described in this section. Picking the wrong preset sets the couch to auto-stop at the wrong height whenever the operator uses the Auto-set/Auto-home footswitch mode (skill assessment derived from procedure content — not an OEM-stated skill level).
