Adjust couch height and projector angle displays
Calibrate the operator panel's couch height readout against two named stop positions, and the operator panel's external projector angle readout against 0° and ±30°, by toggling DSW4 bit 4 on the KGTSM PWB and turning the matching VR pot at each reference point.
