Set couch horizontal movement absolute-value control data

Set the four sensor-to-sensor distances the KGTSM uses to control where the patient couch top's horizontal (IN/OUT) travel starts and stops, by walking a HyperTerminal session through the KGTSM boot console's `slide` menu and picking (or hand-entering) the distance set that matches the couch actually installed.

Applies to
Aquilion 16 (TSX-101A) — gantry/couch control volume 2D201-063, section 8.3; covers couch variants CBTB-014A, CBTB-016A, CBTB-016B, Selfpropelled, and any other couch via the custom-entry path
Personnel
1 technician · Basic-to-intermediate — the whole job is a HyperTerminal session against the KGTSM boot console: connecting a service cable to CN404, navigating a menu of `y`/`n` and numeric prompts, and (for a non-catalog couch) hand-entering four distance values. No electrical measurement, cover removal, or mechanical adjustment is described in this section. Picking the wrong couch-type entry, or mistyping a custom distance, sets the wrong travel-limit data for the physical sensors installed — so read back the confirmation screen carefully before accepting (skill assessment derived from procedure content — not an OEM-stated skill level).
