Check the couch-top speed
Time the patient couch top's marked IN/OUT travel with a stopwatch against the manufacturer's speed-and-tolerance tables, to confirm the couch top is actually running at its two commanded speeds — 10 mm/s and either 130 mm/s (CBTB-016A/016B) or 100 mm/s (CBTB-014A).

Aquilion 16 (TSX-101A) — gantry/couch control volume 2D201-063, section 8.9 ("Checking the Couch Top Speed"); the 10/130 mm/s table applies to the CBTB-016A or CBTB-016B patient couch, the 10/100 mm/s table applies to the CBTB-014A patient couch. Source gives no table for a Selfpropelled couch in this section.
