Visually inspect the Aquilion 16 gantry's KGTSP PWB for discoloration or a disconnected cable, then visually inspect the entire interior of the rotation servo unit for discoloration or evidence of cotton waste — periodic gantry inspection items 1.49 and 1.50, both located per Figure 5-10 (p.99).
