Gantry mounting-bolt/screw tightening checks (items 1.1-1.24, paint-mark method)
Visually confirm — by eye, against a painted alignment mark, with no tools — that none of 24 gantry mounting-bolt/screw locations has worked loose, running from the anchor bolts and pillow block through the rotation/tilt hardware, the slip-ring brushes and ring, the SRU and power assemblies, the DAS, and the X-ray tube mounting plate (periodic gantry inspection items 1.1 through 1.24).

Aquilion 16 (TSX-101A)
Personnel
1 technician · Basic — visual comparison of a paint alignment mark across 24 mounting-bolt/screw locations spread through the gantry frame, rotation/tilt drive, slip ring, SRU/power, DAS, and X-ray tube mounting hardware; no disassembly, torque-wrench work, or measurement is called out in source for the check itself (torque tooling is only needed afterward, if a check finds movement — see Related). (Skill assessment derived from the procedure content — not an OEM-stated skill level.)
