Initialize the system: model/tube setup, special config, RDD/RAID, host name

Once the system software is on the disk, the freshly installed Aquilion 16 still doesn't know its own name, its tube, its site's network address, or any of the dozen option toggles a real install needs — this section walks it through all of that at the Service Engineer's level, configures the RDD as a parity RAID, gives it a host name and IP, and closes by handing the system back its own site-specific identity from the pre-install MO backup.

Safety

CAUTION

Hazard: The couch type selected under Special Configuration's CBTB Option (CBTB-014A / CBTB-016A / CBTB-016B) does not match the couch physically installed on the system.

Consequence: Scanning may not be performed as planned (source's own wording).

Avoidance: Confirm the actual patient couch model before touching the CBTB Option field, and set it to match exactly.
