ProcedureCouch/TableClean
Patient couch cleaning, headrest and horizontal-belt tension checks — 2.1-2.5
Clean the patient couch's bellows cover, headrest, and horizontal/vertical movement guide rails, then check the headrest's insertion/extraction force and the horizontal-movement belt tension against spec — periodic patient-couch inspection items **2.1** through **2.5**.
Applies to
Aquilion 16 (TSX-101A)
Personnel
1 technician · Basic. Items 2.1-2.4 are visual inspection plus hand cleaning (white gasoline, neutral detergent/alcohol, a cleaning rag) and re-lubrication (rust-preventive agent, grease) of covers, the headrest, and the couch's guide rails — no meter or torque tooling is called out. Item 2.2 also reads a push-pull gauge against two force limits (insertion/extraction). Item 2.5 is a push-pull-gauge belt-tension measurement, with an M8 Allen-wrench adjustment only if the reading is out of range. No KGTSM/PC service-cable session or electrical measurement is used anywhere in items 2.1-2.5. (Skill assessment derived from the procedure content — not an OEM-stated skill level.)
