Power-supply mode setting and protective-timer checks

Test-trip the gantry's fault-current breaker (NFB2), choose and reconfirm which of the three power-supply modes the DAS timer runs the gantry rotation section in, and — for auto or synchronized-switching mode — confirm the off-delay timer drops rotation-section power exactly one hour after the console is turned off.
