Handle and replace the high-voltage cable (tube and SRU ends)

Disconnect and reconnect the high-voltage cable at the X-ray tube end and at the SRU end, using the correct cleaning, silicone-compound and torque steps for whichever of the three cable variants (BSX71-0782 / BSX71-0588-12, BSX71-0841E, or the 75 kV IEC standard product) is actually fitted, and replace the welded rubber at the SRU end when it is disturbed.
