Collect error logs: view and save the EventLog for analysis
When an Aquilion 16 system abnormality occurs, this chapter covers the two ways to view the CT system's EventLog and the two console commands used to save its log data to a file for later analysis (source, 2D260-074E*B, Chapter 11, p.177-181).
Applies to
Aquilion 16 (TSX-101A) — system software volume 2D260-074E*B, source p.177-181, Chapter 11, "ERROR ANALYSIS PROCEDURE": §11.1 outline, §11.2 how to view the EventLog (Windows Event Viewer, or the 'eventlog' command at the console), §11.3 how to save log data (IV_logdivide for a bounded date/time range or the full current error log; IV_allloget for the entire log set, current or all). Does not cover interpreting the error codes/messages the EventLog reports, nor the RDD-specific error messages covered elsewhere in this volume — only viewing and saving the raw log for later analysis.
Personnel
