Run DAS/GCIF/offset/output test patterns and read the results

Run the DCA's C16TP test-pattern check to compare the Aquilion 16 DAS against its own known-good test pattern with X-rays effectively out of the loop, then use the same Data Check pull-down to run any of the DCA's other four test items — GCIF, offset, output, or gantry speed — the same way.

Applies to
Aquilion 16 (TSX-101A) — DCA operating-software volume 2D260-074, source subsection 2.4.3 "Test pattern check" (p.32-34), the third of the volume's §2.4 sequence of DCA operating checks: subsection 2.4.1 (cross-referenced by Note 1 below only by its number — this section's own text does not print a title for it), (2) Offset data check (§2.4.2, cross-referenced by the C8OFFSET row below, title stated verbatim in this section), and this section, (3) Test pattern check. A different-numbered volume (2D201-065E*D, the DAS/detector service manual) documents the same DCA screens and the same Data Check menu under its own §5.4.2(3) — see Related; source does not state whether 2D260-074 and the 2D260-069E volume named elsewhere in this corpus are the same document or different parts of the same manual family.
Personnel
1 technician · Intermediate — the engineer drives the DCA's Calc (ScanData) scan-condition window, sets the DAS Mode (Main) and Data Check pull-downs to the item under test, and reads back either a plain pass indication ("No difference") or an abnormal-part display together with its /tmp result file; for the GCIF pattern the engineer must also set a DIP switch on the GCIF TP hardware itself before running the check (skill assessment derived from the check's own content — not an OEM-stated skill level).
