Safety
Hazard: The removed upper frame is set down without adequate protective blocking, or its cables and electric parts are damaged while it is handled (step 5).
Consequence: The PWBs and the horizontal drive unit carried on the upper frame are subjected to excessive force and can be damaged.
Avoidance: After removing the upper frame, place it on proper protective materials such as square timber, taking care not to damage the cables or electric parts, so the PWBs and the horizontal drive unit are not subjected to excessive force.
Hazard: During reassembly, the internal cable is routed so that it interferes with electromagnetic valve L24 (step 8).
Consequence: Source flags interference with electromagnetic valve L24 as a point requiring extreme care; the specific resulting fault is not detailed in this section.
Avoidance: While routing the internal cable, exercise extreme care to avoid interference with electromagnetic valve L24, following the routing detail in subsection 6.6.
