Check the KGTSM PWB safety circuit

Hazard: starting safety-circuit inspection work without re-confirming worker/object positions and the CN451 connection

Consequence: electric shock (from parts that may cause shock) or a crushing injury (to a worker or object at a location where they may be crushed)

Avoidance: before starting inspection work, confirm again that: (1) no workers are touching parts which may cause an electric shock; (2) no workers or objects are present at a location where they may be crushed; (3) CN451 on the KGTSM PWB is disconnected

Hazard: checking the KGTSM PWB safety circuit without first disconnecting CN451

Consequence: if the safety circuit is defective or if operation is incorrect, the tilt motor, rotation motor, or couch may move, resulting in personal injury

Avoidance: before checking the safety circuit of the KGTSM PWB, be sure to disconnect CN451 of the KGTSM PWB — this turns OFF the power of the tilt motor, rotation servo system, couch, etc.
