Replace the couch slide servo amplifier

Replace the couch slide servo amplifier — the drive electronics that, together with the gantry KGTSM, powers the longitudinal (IN/OUT) motor M11 (see Related — longitudinal-drive-theory) — by clearing the couch covers that block access, disconnecting the unit's cables, unbolting it from the couch, and then separating the amplifier from its mounting plate on the bench.
