Replace the 4-MHU X-ray tube starter

Remove and replace the 4-MHU X-ray tube starter chassis on the Activion16 gantry, then set the microcomputer circuit's tube-type DIP switch for the installed tube before remounting. This is a compact FRU swap: unbolt the starter from the gantry, disconnect its cabling, reconfigure it for the tube in use, and reinstall with the mounting screws torqued and witness-marked.
