Replace the X-ray tube
Remove and replace the X-ray tube (and its oil cooler) on the Activion16 rotation base, using the tube replacement jig and a chain block. The tube and oil cooler are lowered as suspended loads while the rotation section is manually indexed under the jig.

Safety
Hazard: Residual high-voltage charge in the HV cable / bushing
Consequence: Electric shock
Avoidance: Power OFF ≥5 min; ground 2 of the 3 bushing pins in all 3 combinations twice or more; never touch the bushing tip; cap the tip
Hazard: Unbalanced rotation section rotates suddenly
Consequence: Worker caught in rotating section — serious injury
Avoidance: Engage the rotation mechanical stopper; hold the rotation section firmly when pulling the stopper
Hazard: Unsupported gantry front cover closes under its own weight
Consequence: Injury
Avoidance: Support the open cover with two supporting poles at the rear; use the poles correctly
Hazard: Energizing the rotation unit during service
Consequence: Unexpected rotation — serious injury
Avoidance: Never turn ON breaker NFB2 of the rotation unit
Hazard: Tube moves longitudinally while mounting bolts are out
Consequence: Pinch / dropped-load
Avoidance: Steady the tube; keep hands clear of travel path
Hazard: Suspended tube / oil cooler on chain block
Consequence: Dropped load — equipment damage / injury
Avoidance: Verify wire and chain block condition; lock the jig brake before lowering
