Set up the temperature controller after replacement (main detector)

After a replacement temperature controller is installed, it must be configured before the main detector can run at its normal operating temperature. This atom is the FSELIB rewrite of the Activion16 service manual's "Setting after replacing the temperature controller" section — a 4-step front-panel procedure performed directly on the controller's own keys and indicators.
