Perform horizontal film alignment procedure

Re-center a DryStar 5300 test print's left/right blank film borders by running the printer's built-in Horizontal Alignment routine whenever a newly replaced thermal print head (TPH) leaves either side border under 2 mm.

Applies to
Drystar 5300, Type 5365/100 (source Chapter 3.6, Repair and Service: Adjustments and calibrations, Edition 1, Revision 7, 2006-01-26) — the horizontal film alignment adjustment, the only item listed in this chapter's opening Adjustments table (source, p.369).
Personnel
1 technician · Basic-to-intermediate field-service skill — navigate to Service Engineer Tools > Enter Service Command Session (a service-level web UI, not the key-operator menu), trigger a test print, take a manual measurement of the printed test film's blank borders, and enter numeric values into two browser input fields. No disassembly, no specialized test equipment named in source, no software install.
