Agfa CT error code, reported by the Print Drum Module.

What HC10910 means

On DryStar 5500 (Type 5364/100) and DryStar 5503 (Type 5364/300) CT systems, status code HC10910 indicates: Drum-positioning motor M3 not connected or malfunctioning. The code originates in the Print Drum Module — Drive Motor & Mechanics section of the Print Drum Module. Severity level alarm (Alarm).

Reported action: Work the connection path first: check the connections to motor M3 and reconnect or replace the connector if faulty, then check connector XS9, then connector P28 on the MEC board, and verify the wiring from M3 to MEC/P28 with a multimeter. If the wiring is good, power off the printer and replace motor M3; if the fault persists, the motor function on the MEC board has failed and the MEC board must be replaced..

Raised on the Drystar 5500/5503 print drum module when the drum-positioning motor M3 is not connected or is malfunctioning. Classed as a Defect, and the printer shows "Call service". Documented in the appendix alongside the drum drive motor fault HC10903.
