Communication Bus Ribbon Cable on Front-right side of Gradient Amps defective.
Symptom
Analogic 8280 Gradient Amplifiers Will Not Go Ready. Immediately when powering on, the display on the PSU reads EB0F (duty cycle or peak current overload). The entire PSU was replaced as a unit for EA09 faults, which now are fixed. The replacement PSU now has EB0F is a new fault.
Error message
2240239 X Axis Gradient Amplifier Status. The auxiliary voltage is present but the high voltage is off. Tue Aug 3 12:11:39 2004 Error: 2240239 Host: lx-mr Process: NSP File: HPC_PORT_ID:spi_gca_error Line: 5 X Axis Gradient Amplifier Status. The auxiliary voltage is present but the high voltage is off. Verify the "REM/LOC" switch on front panel of the System Control.
