Digital Artifact on Axial Lumbar with the Body Flex2 coil.
Symptom
MRIQ: Digital Artifact on Axial Lumbar with the Body Flex2 coil During the scan, a gradient auxillary power supply fault occurred. Error messages were recorded in the ge_syslog. When the power supply failed, it affected 5 out of 16 images with an artifact. The artifact is running anterior to posterior directly at the center of the image. See Attachment for image examples.

2240239 X Axis Gradient Amplifier Status. The auxiliary voltage is present but the high voltage is off.
