On Aquilion 16 and Aquilion RX and Aquilion ONE and Aquilion S16 and Asteion Super4 and Activion16 CT systems, status code 9002 indicates: Failure of PET transmission system during PET collection at final position. The code originates in the Console / software section of the console error system (EMS). Severity level error (Error condition).

Reported action: PET acquisition error occurred. Please choose the Stop acquisition or the Restart acquisition. If an error occurs again, please perform the Reset PET System and perform the PET acquisition again. If PET re-acquisition is required, Please choose the PET element and press a previous button..
