HC11109 — Firewire node not responding on the Crius–Themis link
Agfa CT error code, reported by the Firewire Link (Crius–Themis).
What HC11109 means
On DryStar 5500 (Type 5364/100) and DryStar 5503 (Type 5364/300) CT systems, status code HC11109 indicates: Firewire node not responding on the Crius–Themis link. The code originates in the Firewire Link (Crius–Themis) section of the Firewire Link (Crius–Themis). Severity level alarm (Alarm).
Reported action: Start with the cable between the Crius board and the Themis board — reconnect or replace it. If the node still does not respond, the firewire function has failed either on the CPU (Crius) PCB or on the Themis board, and the affected board has to be replaced..
Raised on the Drystar 5500/5503 as the firewire "node not responding" fault; the source gives the same reason as HC11000 — firewire cable not connected or malfunctioning — and the printer shows "Call service". The two codes are documented with the same Reason and Cure text under different symbolic names.
