What HC11000 means

On DryStar 5500 (Type 5364/100) and DryStar 5503 (Type 5364/300) CT systems, status code HC11000 indicates: Firewire cable between Crius and Themis boards not connected or faulty. The code originates in the Firewire Link (Crius–Themis) section of the Firewire Link (Crius–Themis). Severity level alarm (Alarm).

Reported action: Start with the cable between the Crius board and the Themis board — reconnect or replace it. If the link is still down, the firewire function has failed either on the CPU (Crius) PCB or on the Themis board, and the affected board has to be replaced..

Raised on the Drystar 5500/5503 when the firewire cable between the Crius and Themis boards is not connected or is malfunctioning. The printer shows "Call service". HC11109, elsewhere in the appendix, carries the same Reason and Cure text under a different symbolic name.
