Symptom

Ventri displays a pop-up window with error message "ECG device setup failed" when a gated acquisition is applied Ventri displays a pop-up window with error message "ECG device setup failed" when a gated acquisition is applied. This started when the application software was upgraded to version 1.004.040.14. The update version button on the ECG tab in System Configuration also fails to display the version of the Norav trigger unit firmware.
