Infinia displays a pop-up window with error message "ECG device setup failed" when a gated acquisition is applied

Symptom

Infinia displays a pop-up window with error message "ECG device setup failed" when a gated acquisition is applied Need to know where the device drivers for the PCCOM multiport serial card used in Infinia acquisition PC are located Sometimes the Found New Hardware wizard doesn't properly install the device drivers for the PCCOM multiport serial card used in Infinia with the Norav R-wave trigger device. Need to know where these drivers are located so that the wizard can be pointed at the correct location.
