Symptom
Muga patch FMI 40788 when loaded does not indicate it completed Muga patch FMI 40788 when loaded does not indicate it completed. The FMI appears to load but never gives the message that the installation was complete. It leaves you siiting at the d: prompt after it finishes. At the end of step 5 of the procedure, the OK does not appear. The screen says 1 file copied [d:/MUGA...] and just sits there. You can type exit and then reboot the system.
