Digital Artifact on Coronal Head.
Symptom
MRIQ: Digital Artifact on Coronal Head See Attachment and Long Description An intermittant error would display on the Analogic 8290Y gradient assembly. The SCA would display FLT AUX PFLT. When this error occurred, the scan stopped. Waiting a few minutes would allow the GPS to recover and allow the scan to continue but a line artifact would be present. See attachment.

SR292 2240307 Gradient Auxiliary Power Supply Fault 2240307 Gradient Auxiliary Power Supply Fault. An auxiliary power supply fault occurred in the System Control Assembly (SCA). Replace the auxiliary power supply.
