How to View the Logfiles Offline (PIDEX Tool)

Rather than send a DryStar 5300 session file to the support center for analysis, you can install the PIDEX tool on your own PC and read the printer's controller and print-engine activity — `vilis.log` and `time.log` — straight out of the extracted session archive.
