HC11208Alignment homing time-out on sensor S5 or S6 after a door or tray closes

Agfa CT error code, reported by the Alignment Module.

What HC11208 means

On DryStar 5500 (Type 5364/100) and DryStar 5503 (Type 5364/300) CT systems, status code HC11208 indicates: Alignment homing time-out on sensor S5 or S6 after a door or tray closes. The code originates in the Alignment Module — Home Position Sensors (S5/S6) section of the Alignment Module. Severity level alarm (Alarm).

Reported action: Check for anything jamming the horizontal or vertical alignment modules first. If the modules move freely, check the horizontal alignment belt and the vertical alignment belt for wear or breakage. If the belts are OK, open the printer and verify sensors S6 and S5 are correctly positioned, repositioning as needed. If repositioning doesn't clear it, the vertical alignment assembly or the horizontal alignment assembly has another mechanical problem and needs replacing..

Raised on the Drystar 5500/5503 when, after one of the printer's doors or trays is closed, the horizontal (S6) or vertical (S5) alignment home-detection sensor times out during the homing procedure of all actuators. The printer shows "Problem in film input path".
