HC11119 — Thermal printhead heatsink temperature too low
Agfa CT error code, reported by the Thermal Print Head (TH) Module.
What HC11119 means
On DryStar 5500 (Type 5364/100) and DryStar 5503 (Type 5364/300) CT systems, status code HC11119 indicates: Thermal printhead heatsink temperature too low. The code originates in the TH Module — Thermistor Temperature Measurement section of the Thermal Print Head (TH) Module. Severity level warning (Warning).
Reported action: Make sure the ambient temperature is within the printer's specifications, and let the printer acclimatize if it has just come from a cold environment. If the reading is still low after that, the cause is either one or more defective thermistors on the thermal head or an incorrect heatsink-temperature measurement on the MEC board — power off the printer and replace the thermal head (Part TH) or the MEC board, whichever the follow-up check points to..
Raised on the Drystar 5500/5503 thermal print head (TH) module when the heatsink-temperature measurement of the thermal printhead is too low. The engine is still allowed to print but image quality may decrease. Paired in the appendix with the equivalent high-temperature code, HC11120.
