HC11111 — MDM light intensity too low
Agfa CT error code, reported by the MDM / Densitometer Module.
What HC11111 means
On DryStar 5500 (Type 5364/100) and DryStar 5503 (Type 5364/300) CT systems, status code HC11111 indicates: MDM light intensity too low. The code originates in the MDM Module — Light Intensity Calibration section of the MDM / Densitometer Module. Severity level alarm (Alarm).
Reported action: Check whether the halogen lamp is aging and no longer producing enough light intensity; check whether the light detector circuitry on the DSH board is functioning correctly; and check whether the light filter in front of the detector is masked or soiled. Depending on which check fails, replace the lamp (DS1) or the DSH board..
Raised on the Drystar 5500/5503 MDM (macrodensitometer) module when the light intensity measured by the light detector on the DSH board is too low. The printer shows "Calibration module not working".
