What HC11005 means

On DryStar 5500 (Type 5364/100) and DryStar 5503 (Type 5364/300) CT systems, status code HC11005 indicates: DSH densitometer board not connected to the MEC board. The code originates in the MDM Module — Densitometer (DSH) Board Link section of the MDM / Densitometer Module. Severity level alarm (Alarm).

Reported action: Check the flat-flex cable between the DSH board and the MEC board and reconnect if faulty. If that does not clear it, power off the printer and replace the complete densitometer module (DSH); if the fault remains, the DSH-connecting function on the MEC board has failed and the MEC board has to be replaced..

Raised on the Drystar 5500/5503 MDM (macrodensitometer) module when the DSH densitometer board is not connected to the MEC board. The printer shows "Calibration module not working".
