Reported action: Check the connector of M9 and reconnect or replace if faulty; check connector P21 on the MEC board and reconnect or replace if faulty; check the wiring from M9 to MEC/P21 with a multimeter and fix it if faulty. If the wiring is good, power off the printer and replace M9; if the fault remains, the motor function on the MEC board has failed and the MEC board has to be replaced..
