INX100: The RTAC logbook shows the Exposure signal is not on. As a result, the regulation loop is not active during x-ray acquisition. NO errors are logged in the SUIF The RTAC logbook shows the Exposure signal is not on. As a result the Regulation loop is not active during x-ray acquisition. When attempting fluoro acquisition, the kV does not change when adding filtration in the X-ray beam ( e.g. add 2 mm copper in the X-ray beam path) Verify the Exposure signal is correct in the RTAC logbook during an exposure.
