HDe TPS Reset Fails Due to VRE Configuration.

Symptom

During Application start-up, some or all of the Image Compute Nodes (ICN) may not successfully initiate and TPS Reset failures will occur See Resolution concept for the complete SMILe released 07/21/2006. Problem: Changing the host IP address or MGD IP address without performing an ICN Reconfiguration leaves the VRE configuration files with information pertaining to the old IP addresses. In this state, during Application start-up, some or all of the Image Compute Nodes (ICN) may not successfully initiate and TPS Reset failures will occur.
