TPS/MGD fails to download or reset. mgd_term windows fail to mount file system.
Symptom
All three processors, sometimes just one or two MGD Processors would fail to mount the file structure, causing MGD reset to fail. Watching windows of mgd_term , usually all three processors, sometimes just one or two would fail to mount the file structure, causing mgd reset to fail.
