2254215 SRFD2 RF Amplifier Gate Fault. Error: 2254215 SRFD2 RF Amplifier Gate Fault. RF Amplifier reports an unblank pulse width exceeding specification (100sec). Possible causes: the PSD is exceeding the limits of the system, or defective RF Amplifier.
