Host Monitor Timeout Error Due to Ethernet Cable on NIC was Switched
Symptom
System fails to boot Application Software. Can't ping anything in the MGD. Excite HD upgrade. First boot fails. Cant ping the Term Server or any of the boards in the MGD.
Error message
2223817 TPS is Not Responding. Please Reset TPS Wed Apr 28 16:58:01 2004 Error: 2223817 Host: GEMS Process: NSP File: TardisReset.cc Line: 398 TPS is not responding. Please reset TPS.
