Unable to Run DQA Calibration Tool.

Symptom

Unable to Run Automated DQA Calibration Tool See Long Description and Attachment. It Fails With Error Message "Wrong imaging parameters for Isocenter-Z calibration" or "Wrong imaging parameters for Gradient [X or Y or Z] field calibration" iTrak #s 13155738 and 13154170: The Automated DQA Calibration Tool opens normally with a menu selection of Auto or Manual. The tool then presents a choice of Isocenter-Z, or Gradient X, Y, Z or ALL. Following proper set-up for the coil and DQA phantom, the tool configures the scan for the selected mode and scans. The Automated DQA Calibration Tool then gives the following error depending on the mode selected: (See Attachment for a screenshot) Wrong Imaging Parameters for Isocenter-Z calibration FOV: 24cm Acq. Matrix: Freq. ->512, Phase->256 Freq. Direction: A/P Wrong Imaging Parameters for Gradient [X or Y or Z] field calibration FOV: 24cm Acq. Matrix: Freq. ->512, Phase->256 Freq. Direction: X=L/R, Z=A/P, Y=A/P Also, on a related note, after completion of SPT, there are no results reported at the end. By selecting the “WhatFailed” button on the bottom right of the SPT window, the following message appears: "Unable to find/open the output file." The SPT results can be viewed normally through Report Manager with the corresponding PASS, MARGINAL, SEVERE status
