Wrong date causes PM Pop Up Message to Remain Posted.
Symptom
PM Overdue Pop Up Message on Scanner and Will Not disappear Operator can type initials but when clicking OK, the date disappears and the PM popup remains. It does not allow access to scan an exam.
Error message
2218671 This System is Overdue For Planned Maintenance. Mon Jul 3 14:31:22 2006 Error: 2218671 Host: pic-mr3 Process: scn File: patCallbacks.c Line: 1698 This system is overdue for Planned Maintenance. Please contact your Service Provider.
